Central Minnesota's Molitor's Quarry Grill & Bar Hires a New Chef
Jimmy Zenardi is a locally known Chef with a love for great cooking and wonderful food. With over 40 years of experience, Jimmy has learned to accommodate changing food interests. He loves any opportunity to serve someone and see the look on their face as they say, “this is amazing!”

He has primarily served the Central Minnesota area in various restaurant settings and his own food trucks. He's excited to join Molitor's Quarry, “I love to cook and what better place to do that! Look what they have going on; what a great place.” We’re excited to see some fresh menu items for our restaurant and new selections for our weddings and events!
Fresh, Home-Cooking Style, and Great Comfort Food
In his own kitchen, Jimmy loves to prepare any kind of pasta or a good sandwich. He stated, "I cook all kinds of things at home sometimes 2 or 3 different meals depending which of my kids are home.. they all eat different." When asked about what's coming for Molitor’s Quarry, he said, “we're excited to focus on fresh, home-cooking style, and great comfort food.” We are considering bringing back salads, new burger options, more sandwiches, appetizers, and dinners.
Adding to the Family
At Molitor’s Quarry, we truly care for our guests and our staff as much as we do family. The Sauk Rapids Community is filled with very supportive members who continue to show up for one another. “We have endured so much these past few years as many in this industry have. With this in mind we are very happy and pleased to have Jimmy Z joining our family.”
